Mile High (great name) refers to the SPHINX recruits as younglings, a common term for children in the Star Wars universe.
For a few moments in the just before season six special, you can see a less than well-known character from The Empire Strikes Back.
I’ve seen that guy in the back before.
Oh yeah, he was standing behind a different dude.
“Search your feelings, boys. You know it to be true.”
One of my favorite lines in the whole show and delivered by one of the most underutilized characters, the boys’ mother, Myra.
This is an incredibly dense clip in terms of Star Wars references. In all of 30 seconds, we see 21 call 24 his Padawan, witness a Wilhelm scream, and not only see 21 wield what amounts to be an incredibly expensive toy Lightsaber, but we see him do it in Star Wars kid like fashion.
